Our dictation modules provide digital state-of-the-art coupled with the comfort level desired by many physicians who still prefer using hand-held units.

We return completed documents directly to a designated computer via DSL connection and a file delivery system that meets HIPAA and HCFA standards. One method is to deposit documents into a designated folder on our FTP server. The documents are then retrieved by the clinic staff. This creates a direct point-to-point link between your facility's computer system and ours, thereby providing security for your confidential and sensitive patient records. Our rates are structured according to your facility's needs, i.e., phone-in or hand-held option, turnaround time, editing level, etc.
